About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Aviation Charter Specialist to join our team at Chapman Freeborn Airchartering. As a key member of our global operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of business aviation charter flights from initial request to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage charter flight operations, including negotiating with aircraft providers, obtaining the best offers, and ensuring timely and accurate client communication.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, generating new business opportunities through lead follow-up, client recommendations, and networking.
  • Communicate effectively with aircraft providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive flight briefs, record customer prospect information, and maintain CRM management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge, including the latest operational capabilities of aircraft, airports, operators, and handlers.
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with key clients, new business leads, and industry partners to maximize business opportunities.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of industry experience in business aviation charter operations.
  • Strong relationship building, account management, and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making aptitude.
