Customer Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Operations Specialist to join our Operations team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer journeys from contracting to car delivery and after, escalating issues where necessary.
- Work closely with colleagues in the customer experience team and across other parts of the business to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Feedback on current service processes and systems, proposing changes where necessary.
- Problem solve to ensure a smooth transition for customers, removing any blockers that arise.
- Contribute to planning for growth in terms of customers and the team, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
- A passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- A curious and keen eye for detail to spot areas of improvement.
- A natural ability to finish tasks and operate effectively, leaving no loose ends.
