Job Title: Technical Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Brook Street NMR. As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders using mapping tools and other relevant systems.
  • Monitor and manage internal systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide support to other teams, such as sales and consultancy.
  • Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Interest in IT/data.
  • Confident use of Google packages (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Gmail).

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £23,400.
  • Hybrid working arrangement: 3 days in office, 2 days at home.
