Job Title: Technical Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Brook Street NMR. As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders using mapping tools and other relevant systems.
- Monitor and manage internal systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support to other teams, such as sales and consultancy.
- Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Interest in IT/data.
- Confident use of Google packages (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Gmail).
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £23,400.
- Hybrid working arrangement: 3 days in office, 2 days at home.
