Technical Customer Support Specialist

At Brook Street NMR, we are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders using mapping tools and other relevant systems.
- Monitor and manage internal systems to ensure smooth operations related to the role.
- Provide support to other teams, such as sales and consultancy.
- Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Interest in IT/data.
- Confident use of Google packages (e.g. Sheets, Slides, Docs, Gmail).
