About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Coordinator to join our team at Opus People Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and financial support to our clients, specifically Suffolk County Council.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Senior transport officers in coordinating processes, including administrative and financial duties.
  • Assist in the delivery of services within the Passenger Transport Entitlement Team, with a focus on SEND school travel entitlement.
  • Maintain accurate systems used to record activity and outcomes.
  • Produce timely service and statistical reports.
  • Collaborate with other Business Support Officers to support and cover workloads as required.
Requirements
  • Administrative work experience.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Confident and approachable manner with excellent communication skills.
