The Business Support Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Passenger Transport Entitlement Team at Suffolk County Council. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth delivery of services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage home to school travel applications
  • Maintain accurate systems and records
  • Produce timely service and statistical reports
  • Collaborate with other Business Support Officers to support workload and cover as required

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Confident and approachable manner with excellent communication skills
