HR Operations Coordinator

This role presents a remarkable chance to contribute to a well-established and expanding organization on a permanent basis.
The HR Operations Coordinator will play a vital role within the HR department, offering essential administrative support and guidance on employee relations issues.
The successful candidate will possess a solid background in HR and familiarity with employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-employment background checks and gather necessary documentation for right-to-work verification.
- Support the HR team with employee relations tasks, including performance evaluations, absence management, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll to ensure accurate processing of all changes.
- Draft employment contracts, onboarding materials, and maintain electronic employee records.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, coordinating inductions and welcome meetings on their first day.
- Generate various reports as required.
- Provide assistance with recruitment-related administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an HR administrative capacity.
- Background in professional services is preferred.
- Proficiency in handling employee relations matters.
- Strong skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel for reporting purposes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
