We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Reed. As an HR Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Employment Contract Management: Draft and manage employment contracts, including employment vetting checks and induction coordination.
- HR System Maintenance: Maintain our HR system, prepare reports, log sickness, and manage holiday requests.
- Leaver Process Support: Assist with the leaver process, including responding to employer reference requests.
- Early Careers Initiatives: Support early careers initiatives, including preparing contractual paperwork and assisting with recruitment and event logistics.
- Recruitment Support: Provide recruitment support for junior hires, process applications, and assist with candidate sourcing.
- General HR Administration: Perform general HR administrative tasks, including maintaining electronic employee files, administering firm benefits, and assisting with HR projects and process improvements.
- Customer-Driven Administration: Experience in providing customer-driven administration services.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to interact positively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work at a fast pace.
- Organizational Skills: Strong planning and organisational skills with a proactive approach to managing a varied workload.
- IT Literacy: IT literacy is essential.
- Desirable Qualifications: CIPD level 3 is desirable but not essential for this role.
