We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our dynamic team at OCS Group. As an HR Assistant/Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our employees and the delivery of our business objectives.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a values-led business that prioritises Trust, Respect, Unity, and Empowerment. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on employee relations, managing ER cases, and supporting operational managers with HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a range of ER cases, providing expert advice and guidance to employees and managers
- Support operational managers with HR administration, including data entry and record-keeping
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with employees and managers across the business
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
- Provide support for change initiatives and business projects
