About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team at Polkadotfrog. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing end-to-end HR support across all aspects of HR and Training, ensuring employees receive consistent, top-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment, payroll, and employee onboarding processes.
  • Handle grievance and disciplinary procedures with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide accurate, consistent HR advice to managers, supporting them with complex HR issues and employment law.
  • Design and deliver training programs, maintaining HR data and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll have the confidence to provide sound HR advice, the skill to manage multiple responsibilities, and a passion for employee development.

Key skills and experience required include:

  • Professional HR qualification or working towards CIPD.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
