Hours per week: Monday to Friday hours per week

Are you looking to develop your HR career? Are you able to develop strong working relationships across a business? Are you organised to able prioritise a busy workload?

We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR professional to join our supportive HR team. This role is a great opportunity to develop your employee relations knowledge across a range of different business operations.

In this role, you'll manage a number of employee relations cases, providing expert advice that balances risk with business needs. This will cover AWOL, sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance, and probations. You will also support our operational managers and wider HR team with related HR administration.

We have a HR team structure that is set up to support each other, bounce ideas off and when the time is right move up into more senior positions.
