About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR professional to join our supportive HR team. As an HR Assistant/Advisor, you will play a key role in developing your HR career and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations cases, providing expert advice and support to managers and employees.
- Support operational managers and the wider HR team with HR administration and related tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships across the business, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Contribute to change initiatives and projects, leveraging your HR knowledge and expertise.
