The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing administrative support to the HR department.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare contractual paperwork for interns, apprentices, and trainees.
  • Assist the early careers team with the administrative elements of apprenticeship programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and processing team changes.
  • Assist with logistics for careers fairs, interviews, and trainee events.
  • Make-up and maintain electronic employee files and archive when appropriate.
  • Provide administrative support on HR projects as required.
  • Administration of the company's benefits, including car park, eye care, gym membership, and season ticket loans.
  • Production of scheduled and ad hoc letters, such as probation confirmation and ad hoc award letters.
  • Assisting with process improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Prepare reports for holiday, cancel/amend holiday requests.
  • Log sickness and ensure completion of employee certification process.
  • Ad-hoc reports as necessary.
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

Experience:

  • Essential - It is essential to have worked within HR previously, with a minimum of one year of experience.
  • Professional attitude and good work ethic.
  • Strong administration skills.
