Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Opus People Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and financial support to our clients, specifically Suffolk County Council.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Transport Officers in coordinating processes, providing administrative and financial duties to deliver services within the Passenger Transport Entitlement Team.
  • Maintain accurate systems to record activity and outcomes, ensuring timely production of service and statistical reports.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to support and cover workloads as required, working closely with Business Support Officers.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Administrative work experience with good organisational skills, able to work independently and with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident and approachable manner with excellent communication skills.
