About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director to drive the next phase of growth for our client, a leading food manufacturer. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic company with a strong market presence, known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and market trends.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including production, supply chain, quality control, and customer service, to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, expanding market share both domestically and internationally.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure sustainable profitability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and investors.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Director or in a senior leadership role within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong strategic mindset with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
  • In-depth knowledge of food manufacturing processes, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive change.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in managing P&L and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
