The Sales and Account Management Team

The sales and account management team is a high-performing team driven by their commitment to delivering exceptional service and meeting targets. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Area Director to ensure optimum efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Area Director to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.
  • Interface with customers and account managers to resolve queries and provide timely support.
  • Manage Sales Force-related processes and assist with reporting tools to drive business insights.
  • Support the preparation of customer meetings, including business review presentations and audit reports.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and coordinate various functions within the team.
  • Ensure customer requests are handled promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in owning a portfolio of accounts within the region, providing financial updates and supporting regional team calls.
  • Work closely with the immediate line manager to organize monthly sales strategy calls and run analytical reports.
  • Qualify leads, escalate, and assist in cultivating opportunities with account managers.
  • Provide operational support, including auto-renewals, general SF updates, routine opportunities, and defect research and escalation.
  • Assist in the quality and management of the pipeline, reporting, and cases.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous administration operations experience is essential, preferably in a recurring sales organization, hospitality, or travel.
  • At least 2 years' experience and a high level of knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint is essential. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • Presentation skills, translating numbers and trends for a wider audience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Tableau or QlikView.
  • Fluency in French, German, or Italian.
