The Role: Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your primary focus will be driving traffic and conversions to the company's four websites via lead generation and e-commerce sales. You will be responsible for creating and implementing the company's SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor website performance using industry tools such as GA4, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Search Console.
- Produce and maintain regular reports on the SEO performance of each website.
- Develop and execute e-commerce sales growth strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing manager to develop the digital marketing function of the business.
- Identify new opportunities for new and alternative digital communication methods with our customers and prospects.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for digital optimization.
- Complete technical website audits.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Promote the group's brands and products.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Sales Director on content creation to ensure SEO best practices.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- An understanding of PPC Strategies, specialising in Google Ads would be advantageous but not essential.
- Proven success in implementing effective website improvement techniques.
- Experience with SEO plugins for CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify.
- A keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A driving license and ability to travel.
