We are a leading manufacturer and designer of bespoke coverings for various sectors, including industrial manufacturing, haulage, sports, schools, military, and home use. Our company has a rich history, with over 50 years of expertise and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products to prominent clients such as the Wimbledon Tennis Championship, Lords Cricket Ground, Old Trafford Football Stadium, The Ministry of Defence, and BAE Systems.

**The Role**

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving traffic and conversions to our company's four websites via lead generation and e-commerce sales. Your focus will be on creating and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to improve our online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor website performance using industry tools such as Google Analytics, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Search Console.
  • Produce and maintain regular reports on the SEO performance of each website.
  • Develop and execute e-commerce sales growth strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing manager to develop the digital marketing function of the business.
  • Identify new opportunities for digital communication methods with our customers and prospects.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for digital optimization.
  • Complete technical website audits.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Promote the group's brands and products.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Sales Director on content creation to ensure SEO best practices.

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • An understanding of PPC strategies, specializing in Google Ads would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Proven success in implementing effective website improvement techniques.
  • Experience with SEO plugins for CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify.
  • A keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A driving license and ability to travel.
