The Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving traffic and conversions to our company's four websites via lead generation and e-commerce sales. Your focus will be on creating and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to improve our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Create and implement SEO strategies to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings for our websites.
  • Monitor Website Performance: Use industry tools such as GA4, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Search Console to monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Produce Regular Reports: Develop and maintain regular reports on the SEO performance of each website, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Drive E-commerce Sales Growth: Develop and execute e-commerce sales growth strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager: Work closely with the marketing manager to develop the digital marketing function of the business and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, ensuring our company remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • 2+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • SEO Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • PPC Strategies: Experience with PPC strategies, specializing in Google Ads is advantageous but not essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO plugins for CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
