Become a Vital Part of Our Repairs and Maintenance Division

Axis Europe is on the lookout for a committed Office Administrator to enhance our vibrant Repairs and Maintenance division in the Merseyside region. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the effective provision of services to our clients, which include Housing Associations and Local Authorities.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls and assist residents with inquiries related to repairs
  • Update the database with interactions from residents
  • Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople to schedule work efficiently
  • Keep precise logs and records of all activities
  • Work alongside customer site personnel to provide timely progress updates
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in IT systems
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Effective Communication abilities
  • Strong Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
Experience:

Prior experience in a similar administrative capacity is advantageous.
