About the Role
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple teams, including responding to queries, document creation, diary management, and travel bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple teams, including responding to queries and resolving issues
- Assist with document creation, including reports and presentations
- Manage diaries and schedules for team members
- Book and coordinate meeting rooms and travel arrangements
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a team administrator or business support officer
- Public sector experience preferred, with central government experience an advantage
- Confident system user with excellent communication skills
- Able to work calmly under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
What You'll Get
- Full-time hours (37 hours) with a hybrid working policy of 40% office-based
- Hourly rate of £13.26ph, increasing to £14.86ph with holiday roll-up
