Administrative Support Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Brook Street. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the court services team, including processing court orders, claims, and fines, as well as communicating with the judiciary, magistrates, and other court staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the court services team, including data inputting, document preparation, and filing.
- Communicate effectively with the judiciary, magistrates, and other court staff, both verbally and in writing.
- Handle challenging calls and provide excellent customer service to court users.
- Work accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
- Ensure accurate data inputting and maintain high attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle challenging calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
- Accurate data inputting skills with a good attention to spelling and grammar.
