Current Opportunity:

We are excited to announce an opening for a Front Office Manager to join our esteemed Front of House Team at our prestigious 5-Star hotel.


Role Overview:

  • Exciting opportunities await as you step into the role of Front Office Manager at The Londoner.
  • In this position, you will oversee the seamless operation of the lobby, ensuring that exceptional service standards are consistently upheld and that guest expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
  • Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding service, as guest satisfaction is the cornerstone of this role.
  • You will lead and inspire the lobby team, fostering a motivated and high-performing environment.


Candidate Profile:

  • A proven history of managing a busy reception area as a reception supervisor or in hotel duty management within a 4 or 5 Star establishment is essential.
  • Familiarity with IT systems such as Opera, Office 365, and Sales Force is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a team is crucial.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills are a must.
  • Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken, is imperative.
