Job Title: Assistant Front Office Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at Imperial London Hotels. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Office Operations: Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, including managing guest check-in and check-out, handling room assignments, and coordinating with other departments as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Revenue Management: Assist in managing room inventory, rates, and revenue goals, ensuring optimal revenue performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve front office processes and procedures to ensure high standards of service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Reception Manager or Front of House supervisor in a similar operation.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems, with experience in revenue management and front office operations.
