Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team on an ongoing temporary basis. As the first point of contact for all employees and visitors, you will be responsible for managing the meeting room schedule, ensuring it aligns correctly with visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily inbox and diary, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring sensitive information is directed to the correct personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Front of House position is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
