Job Summary:

Park Plaza is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Front Office team: Supervise and motivate the Front Office team to deliver excellent service and achieve high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Front Office operations: Ensure that all Front Office duties are carried out efficiently and effectively, including check-in, check-out, room assignments, and guest services.
  • Provide exceptional guest service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized service to ensure that our guests feel valued and cared for.
  • Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with other departments, such as Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Maintenance, to ensure that our guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Monitor and analyze performance: Track and analyze Front Office performance metrics, including guest satisfaction, room occupancy, and revenue growth, to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera, with experience in Front Office operations and guest services.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
