Role Overview:

As a Back of House (BOH) Operations Leader, you will be instrumental in maintaining our operational standards and assisting the Kitchen Manager or Head Chef in fulfilling business objectives. Your role will encompass supporting different kitchen and dining areas, promoting a customer-focused atmosphere, and ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee kitchen opening and closing tasks in line with company protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with security, health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing laws.
  • Assist in the training and development of both new and existing staff members.
  • Supervise kitchen sections during service and maintain clear communication.
  • Contribute to overall kitchen management while upholding professional standards.
  • Ensure adherence to audits, including health & safety, food safety, inventory management, financial audits, and environmental health inspections.
  • Implement allergen management procedures and work to reduce food waste.
  • Manage costs while ensuring quality and a positive customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Engage in team meetings to provide motivation and constructive feedback.
