Join Our Team

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back of House Manager to lead our kitchen team and drive the success of our restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of back of house operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective menu planning and inventory management strategies to ensure optimal profitability and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional service and quality.
  • Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure seamless service and a consistently high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses to achieve budgetary targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior back of house role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or steakhouse environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
