Job Summary:

The Landmark London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back of House Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Stewarding department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee and take responsibility for the entire Stewarding daily operations, keeping the Executive Chef updated of all changes implemented.
  • Ensure your team members are fully trained to be able to complete their duties on a daily basis and to conduct/organise any training required with relevant documentation to support.
  • To complete a weekly rota ensuring it reflects business needs and is in line with 'working time directive'
  • Complete Health & Safety monthly checks to ensure our H&S folder is fully up to date for stewarding.
  • Conduct and oversee 4/8/12 week reviews, within deadline for all stewards.

Requirements:

  • You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to train and develop team members.
