Key Responsibilities of the Back of House Operations Leader

  • Manage inventory and stock levels of cleaning materials and chemicals, ensuring timely orders to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate open communication with various departments to promote a seamless and effective workflow.
  • Develop and oversee weekly deep cleaning protocols for all Back of House (BOH) areas and kitchens, upholding the highest hygiene standards.
  • Assist the Back of House Manager in executing waste management initiatives aimed at minimizing environmental impact and enhancing recycling efforts.
  • Supervise the upkeep and cleanliness of all BOH areas, including fixtures, fittings, and high-end equipment.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in luxury food and beverage operations, demonstrating strong leadership and management capabilities. You should have a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage trends, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
