Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Kream. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing lead generation, recording leads onto our internal system, and sharing them with our sales team.
Our company is a leading converter of wheelchair accessible vehicles, minibuses, vehicle adaptations, bespoke vehicle conversions, and campervans. We serve a wide range of customers across the UK, including the Motability scheme, local councils, leasing companies, schools, and private retail customers.
As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, your daily activities will include:
- Managing incoming marketing-generated leads and recording them onto our internal system.
- Monitoring the progression of leads and measuring lead conversion.
- Qualifying hot leads by telephone prior to forwarding to the sales team.
- Managing renewal campaigns and updating email databases.
- Managing online vehicle stock to ensure it is kept accurate and up to date.
- Purchase order creation and liaison with our accounts team.
- Managing print procurement for the department.
- Booking accommodation for sales team members attending exhibitions.

A full driving licence without excess penalty points is required for this role.
