Brand and Marketing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Brand and Marketing Manager to lead innovative strategies that elevate the brand and ensure the company stays ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaigns and Content Development: Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. You'll craft compelling content that reflects the brand's unique tone across all channels.
  2. Market Research and Innovation: Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and new opportunities. Your insights will drive brand innovation and keep the company at the cutting edge of the industry.
  3. Brand and Reputation Management: Maintain the brand's integrity by overseeing its reputation through close monitoring of guest feedback, third-party partners, and review sites. Collaborate with the PR agency to implement impactful strategies.
  4. Data-Driven Marketing: Manage and analyze guest data to inform targeted marketing promotions and grow the marketing database with quality leads.
  5. Internal Support and Collaboration: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, coordinate creative projects such as professional photography and videography, and provide marketing support to internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
