We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team at Kream. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing lead generation, recording leads onto our internal system, and sharing them with our sales team.

Our company is a leading converter of wheelchair accessible vehicles, minibuses, vehicle adaptations, bespoke vehicle conversions, and campervans. We serve a wide range of customers across the UK, including the Motability scheme, local councils, leasing companies, schools, and private retail customers.

As a Sales and Marketing Administrator, your daily activities will include:

  • Managing incoming marketing-generated leads and recording them onto our internal system.
  • Monitoring the progression of leads and measuring lead conversion.
  • Qualifying hot leads by telephone prior to forwarding to the sales team.
  • Managing renewal campaigns and updating email databases.
  • Managing online vehicle stock to ensure it is kept accurate and up to date.
  • Purchase order creation and liaison with our accounts team.
  • Managing print procurement for the department.
  • Booking accommodation for sales team members attending exhibitions.

Our benefits package includes:

  • A Monday to Friday working week.
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays, plus an additional day for every year after 5 years' service, up to a maximum of 33 days holiday – including bank holidays.

A full driving licence without excess penalty points is required for this role.
