About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Treatment Coordinator to join our team at My Dentist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for attracting and managing patient enquiries, tracking and monitoring the success of marketing activities, and delivering an exceptional patient journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attract and Manage Patient Enquiries: Utilize digital marketing, social media, and events to attract new patients and manage their enquiries from initial contact to treatment completion.
  • Track and Monitor Marketing Success: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities to inform future strategies and optimize results.
  • Deliver Exceptional Patient Journey: Work closely with our clinicians to ensure patients receive the best possible treatment and experience, from initial consultation to treatment completion.
  • Convert Sales and Grow Private Patient Portfolio: Collaborate with clinicians to identify opportunities to grow their private patient portfolio and convert sales in line with targets.
