We are supporting a leading converter of wheelchair accessible vehicles, minibuses, vehicle adaptations, bespoke vehicle conversions, and campervans as they seek a SALES AND MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR to manage lead generation and drive business growth.

Based in the UK, this established and highly successful business serves a wide range of customers across the country, including the Motability scheme, local authorities, leasing companies, schools, and private retail customers.

Candidates will need to be well-organised administrators who can work confidently with a range of IT systems, including Microsoft Office.

  • Managing incoming marketing-generated leads, recording them onto the internal system, and sharing them with the sales team to ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitoring the progression of leads to identify areas for improvement and optimise sales strategies.
  • Qualifying hot leads by telephone prior to forwarding to the sales team to ensure accurate lead qualification.
  • Updating the email databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date contact information.
  • Managing online vehicle stock to ensure it is accurate and up to date, providing customers with the most relevant information.
  • Purchase order creation and liaison with the accounts team to ensure smooth financial processes.
  • Booking accommodation for sales team members attending exhibitions to support business development.
