About the Team

The XP Gaming Team at TikTok is dedicated to empowering gaming publishers to explore their creative potential, engage with our audience, and enhance revenue and growth.

You will join a dynamic and high-performing group of Brand Partnerships Managers and Client Solution Managers focused on the Console Gaming sector within EMEA.

The Key Accounts client partnerships team is in search of a Brand Partnerships Manager to oversee and propel its Gaming initiatives.

In this role, you will serve as the primary authority for your sector, tasked with shaping the future of enduring business collaborations.

To excel in this position, you must possess a comprehensive understanding of the digital media landscape, strong connections within the XP Gaming industry, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding startup environment.

Your performance will be assessed based on your influence on marketing budgets, revenue generation, and the strategic initiatives you implement to establish TikTok as a pivotal platform for companies in your designated industry.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive global adoption of TikTok's digital advertising solutions by establishing strategic partnerships with major accounts.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers at regional clients and their agency counterparts, managing the complete customer relationship to address their revenue, technology, and data requirements.
  • Formulate comprehensive digital marketing and product development strategies in collaboration with advertisers.
  • Lead thought leadership and strategic initiatives by partnering with key internal stakeholders, including legal, sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment across European markets.
  • Collaborate with agency teams on critical areas such as enterprise technology sales, relationship building, account strategy, planning, opportunity identification, and competitive selling.
  • Maintain exceptional business service levels with the support of client solutions and cross-functional teams.
  • Initiate and oversee all internal and external initiatives related to the focused industry to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications:
  • Expertise in the XP Gaming sector, ideally as a brand owner or part of a digital transformation/digital media team.
  • Familiarity with the digital media ecosystem and/or practical experience collaborating with media agencies and gaming industry partners.
  • Knowledge of various publishers' monetization strategies and their implications for user acquisition tactics.
  • Proven ability to advance business agendas with senior stakeholders and meet revenue goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strategic mindset, preferably with established relationships among key marketing decision-makers in the region.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner with a proactive attitude and a demonstrated history of building projects from inception.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in the gaming industry or in digital media serving gaming industry players.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of TikTok and its commercial offerings.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sales-oriented mindset to enhance revenue from existing gaming clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Self-starter, quick learner with a startup mentality.
  • Strong knowledge of the PC-Console Gaming industry.
