Position Overview

As the Senior Gaming Product Director, you will take charge of Aristocrat's Class III Slot product portfolio across the EMEA and LATAM markets. This role entails direct responsibility for the implementation of new product and market initiatives aligned with the strategic objectives of the division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a definitive product vision and strategy that propels the Aristocrat Class III slot product portfolio while supporting business objectives in the EMEA and LATAM regions.
  • Develop, define, and manage the product roadmap to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate closely with game development studios to create engaging games and provide insights for future projects, managing the Game Product Agreements (GPAs).
  • Work in partnership with the Sales team to present innovative product concepts to clients.
  • Identify opportunities and risks related to the product based on KPI trends and formulate execution plans accordingly.
  • Synthesize game content, mechanics, and essential details into informative formats that engage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Guide go-to-market and product growth strategies for new game launches.
  • Oversee the planning process for trade shows, including game selection and coordination with operations and technical teams.
  • Offer actionable insights to the Sales team regarding commercial strategies and objectives.
  • Ensure comprehensive understanding of compliance and regulatory changes affecting the product.
  • Develop and implement best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the EMEA & LATAM product teams.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a slot machine (EGM) focused role, including Product Marketing, Growth, Analytics, or Casino Operations.
  • Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft D365 Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • A passion for games, entertainment, and engaging with people.
