Our client, Aquent GmbH, is on the lookout for a committed Partner Solutions Manager to join their Games Partnerships team.
This pivotal role focuses on fostering strategic relationships with leading Gaming Developers and collaborating closely with Strategic Partner Managers to ensure compliance with essential integrity and privacy standards.
Key Responsibilities:1. Engage with Gaming Developers to address operational challenges and facilitate effective resolutions.
2. Support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and understanding compliance obligations for third-party partners.
3. Identify operational gaps, assist in decision-making processes, and spearhead the execution of effective solutions.
4. Monitor and communicate regulatory developments and potential compliance risks to relevant partners and stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including policy, legal, product, engineering, data science, and dev ops, to enhance compliance and operational delivery.
6. Measure and report on compliance metrics across the EMEA-managed partners portfolio.
7. Oversee daily operational tasks, providing tailored solutions for policy adherence, developer agreements, registration challenges, and more.
8. Manage internal operational responsibilities, including escalation reporting, outcome monitoring, and status communication.
9. Advocate for the operational needs of key gaming developers with policy and developer platform teams.
10. Serve as a subject matter expert on developer platform policies within the Games Partnerships team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in online operations, customer success, account/partner management, or project management.
- Strong familiarity with the internet and/or gaming sector.
- Background in compliance or regulatory environments is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting purposes.
