About the Team

The XP Gaming Team at TikTok is dedicated to empowering gaming publishers to explore their creative potential, engage with our audience, and enhance revenue and growth.

You will join a dynamic and high-performing group of Brand Partnerships Managers and Client Solution Managers focused on the Console Gaming sector across EMEA.

The Key Accounts client partnerships team is in search of a Brand Partnerships Manager to oversee and propel its Gaming operations.

In this role, you will serve as the primary authority for your sector, tasked with shaping the future of enduring business partnerships.

Success in this position necessitates a comprehensive understanding of the digital media landscape, strong connections within the XP Gaming industry, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding startup atmosphere.

Your performance will be assessed based on your influence on marketing budgets, revenue generation, and the strategic initiatives you implement to establish TikTok as a pivotal platform for businesses in your focus industry.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and promote the global adoption of TikTok's digital advertising solutions by forging strategic alliances with global accounts.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers in regional client organizations, as well as their agency partners, managing the complete customer relationship for their revenue, technology, and data requirements.
  • Craft comprehensive digital marketing and product development strategies in collaboration with advertisers.
  • Drive thought leadership and strategic insights by collaborating with key internal stakeholders, including legal, sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment across European markets.
  • Work alongside agency teams on critical areas such as enterprise technology sales, relationship management, account strategy and planning, opportunity identification, and competitive selling.
  • Guarantee exceptional business service levels with the support of client solutions and cross-functional teams.
  • Initiate and lead all internal and external initiatives related to the targeted industry to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications:
  • Expertise in the XP Gaming sector, ideally as a brand owner or part of a digital transformation/digital media team.
  • Understanding of the digital media ecosystem and/or practical experience working with media agencies and partners in the Gaming industry.
  • Familiarity with various publishers' monetization strategies and their implications for user acquisition tactics.
  • Proven ability to drive business objectives with senior stakeholders and achieve revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strategic mindset, preferably with established relationships among key marketing decision-makers in the region.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner with a proactive attitude and a successful track record of initiating projects from inception.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in the gaming industry or in digital media serving gaming industry stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of TikTok and its commercial offerings.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sales-oriented mindset to enhance revenue from existing gaming clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
  • Self-starter, quick learner with a startup mentality.
  • Strong knowledge of the PC-Console Gaming industry.
