Partner Solutions Manager - Gaming Partnerships

Aquent GmbH is seeking a committed Partner Solutions Manager to join our Gaming Partnerships division. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with Strategic Partner Managers and prominent Gaming Developers to cultivate industry-specific relationships while providing essential education and support regarding critical integrity and privacy standards. As the main compliance liaison, you will address inquiries and assist with ongoing operational requirements for both internal and external stakeholders.

This position demands a high level of operational engagement, requiring you to navigate various internal processes and systems to ensure the seamless functioning of our partners' business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across departments to address operational challenges and facilitate resolutions for Gaming Developers.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving operations and enhancing understanding of compliance obligations for third-party entities.
  • Assist a team of compliance support leads and relationship partners in problem-solving, offering guidance, and providing access to necessary resources.
  • Identify operational gaps, guide decision-making processes, and spearhead the implementation of effective solutions.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and communicate regulatory updates and emerging compliance risks to key partners and stakeholders.
  • Aid business, compliance, and other control function partners in responding to escalations by conducting, compiling, and presenting necessary research.
  • Organize staff meetings, lead meeting agendas, and ensure action items are followed up on.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in policy, legal, product, engineering, data science, and development operations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance delivery.
  • Measure and report on compliance status across the EMEA-managed partners portfolio.
  • Oversee daily operational tasks and provide tailored solutions for policy compliance, developer contracts, registration issues, and more.
  • Manage internal operational duties, including filing escalation reports, monitoring outcomes, and communicating statuses both internally and externally.
  • Advocate for the operational needs of key gaming developers with the policy and developer platform teams.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on developer platform policies within the gaming partnerships division.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance partner experience on platform compliance through effective messaging and educational resources.
  • Demonstrate solid experience in online operations, customer success, account/partner management, or project management.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clarify and summarize complex issues effectively.
  • Be comfortable leading discussions with key strategic partners and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the internet and/or gaming industry.
  • Experience in compliance or a regulatory environment is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data reporting purposes.
