Position Overview

As the Senior Product Manager, you will take charge of Aristocrat's Class III Slot product line for the EMEA and LATAM markets. This role entails direct responsibility for the implementation of new product and market strategies aligned with the division's overarching objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a definitive product vision and strategy that propels the Aristocrat Class III slot offerings while supporting regional business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and management of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate closely with game development teams to craft exceptional gaming experiences and provide insights on future game concepts, managing Game Product Agreements (GPAs).
  • Work in partnership with the Sales department to present innovative product concepts to clients.
  • Identify potential opportunities and risks through KPI analysis and formulate actionable plans.
  • Translate game content and mechanics into engaging formats for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Guide go-to-market strategies and product growth initiatives for new game launches.
  • Manage the planning process for trade shows, including game selection and coordination with operational and technical teams.
  • Offer strategic recommendations to the Sales team regarding commercial objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal changes affecting the product line.
  • Develop and implement best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the product teams in EMEA and LATAM.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a role focused on slot machines (EGM), such as Product Marketing, Growth, Analytics, or Casino Operations.
  • Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and a data-driven approach.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft D365 Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • A passion for gaming, entertainment, and engaging with people.
