Client Relationship Executive

We are seeking an Account Manager to oversee our Cabin Services operations. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a dedicated team to provide cleaning services for aircraft on both short-haul and long-haul flights.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with airport authorities to align with their operational needs.
- Act as the primary liaison between the airport and the cabin services team, addressing daily challenges and driving performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining quality standards under tight deadlines.
- Conduct thorough investigations into operational reports and customer complaints to implement improvements.
- Manage the ordering of supplies and liaise with service providers to ensure adequate resources are available.
- Facilitate daily operational meetings to discuss performance and quality audits.
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the airline industry or a related field.
- Strong communication skills combined with an analytical mindset to convey key insights and reports.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while expanding service offerings.
