Role Purpose: The CRM Assistant will support the CRM Manager in the development and delivery of email and loyalty program campaigns. This role involves managing CRM campaigns, gathering content, building email templates, sourcing images, writing copy, and aligning content to templates. The CRM Assistant will also proof and test final campaigns for execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with marketing, product, and operational strategies.


We are essentially looking for a Copywriter who has worked within an email team or a CRM Executive who has copy-writing experience.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Manage CRM campaigns, including content gathering and alignment with business priorities.
  • Build email templates, source images, and write copy.
  • Align content to templates within agreed SLAs with third-party agencies.
  • Proof and test final campaigns for execution and delivery.
  • Support the build-back of the CRM database using acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Use personalisation methods in all campaigns.
  • Manage internal and external campaign requests and data.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Report and analyse campaign performance, including database health and compliance with GDPR.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience managing day-to-day relationships with external agencies.
  • CRM campaign experience, including acquisition, retention, and personalization.
  • Experience in CRM and Omni-Channel Marketing.
  • Experience in the Travel/Leisure, Hospitality, or Retail sectors.
  • Proficiency with Photoshop for email marketing campaigns.
  • Awareness and understanding of GDPR.
  • Data insight and analytical experience.


Contract Specifics:

  • Pay rate: £220 per day (Inside IR35, Umbrella)
  • Duration: Until end of year with likelihood of extension
  • Location: Hounslow (2-3 days in the office with onsite visits in London)
