Assistant Manager - KFC - Hounslow

As an Assistant Manager at KFC, you will be a key part of our leadership team in store, leading, inspiring, and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer service and world-famous fried chicken.

Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day management and operation of your unit and colleagues, including driving sales, unit budget and P&L, delivering brand standards, Health & Safety and recruitment
  • Responsible for driving consistent high-quality customer service
  • Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress, and overall performance
Requirements
  • An understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs
  • An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards
  • An emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high-volume, retail or catering brand environment
  • An efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of tasks in an effective and timely manner
