Compensation: £80,000 - £100,000 based on experience + vehicle allowance + performance bonus

With a presence in multiple countries, including the United States and Australia, we are expanding our operations in London and are in search of an Operations Director to become part of our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Formulate and execute financial strategies aimed at managing and mitigating debt, provide consistent updates on financial accounts, and prepare weekly financial projections.
  • Operational Enhancement: Strategically plan and model inventory demands, adjust product pricing, conduct root cause analyses on product challenges, and pinpoint best practices for process optimization.
  • Client Relationship Management: Negotiate agreements with clients and supervise installations to guarantee exceptional service delivery.
