**About the Role**

Edenbrook is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Head of Business Support. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective delivery of customer service and claims handling.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement business support strategies to drive operational excellence and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Operations to achieve service delivery goals in areas such as quality, training, complaints management, resource allocation, and forecasting.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality business support services.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operational excellence, particularly within financial service operations or corporate environments.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, requirements management, and process enhancement, including digitalization and automation.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, business process modeling, analysis tools, and methodologies.
