PIC is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Business & Strategy Management team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of Business & Strategy Management in driving the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR and Finance, to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Operational Efficiency: Facilitate effective communication across departments, coordinate monthly Operations Leadership meetings, and coordinate cross-Operations deliverables for HR, Finance, and other business areas as required.
- Communication: Support the COO and Operations Leadership Team with the communication of information within PIC Operations, including the timely creation and distribution of the monthly 'COO Status Report' and quarterly Operations Townhall meetings.
- Governance: Responsibility for the successful running of PIC's monthly Operating Committee, maintain and socialize a schedule of wider Board and committee deliverables from PIC Operations, and contribute towards the creation and review of materials when required.
- Strategic Planning: Support the COO and Head of Business & Strategy Management in evolving and communicating Operations strategy and in establishing and monitoring metrics relating to the implementation of the strategy.
- Leadership Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to the COO and Head of Business & Strategy Management.
- Knowledge: Good working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to cultivate strong and trusted working relationships, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Experience: Experience of working in an Executive Office and experience of working in an operations function, with an understanding of the components of the operating model (technology, data, processes).
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Proactivity: Takes initiative and is proactive in identifying and addressing challenges.
- Collaboration: Works well with others and fosters a collaborative team environment.
- Integrity: Builds and maintains trust by demonstrating reliability, dependability, and transparency.
