Territory Sales Account Executive - phs Hygiene

Location: Aberdeen & surrounding areas.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will be a field-based Sales Professional with a proven track record in crafting and executing sales strategies aimed at safeguarding, expanding, and acquiring business from both existing and prospective clients across various sectors. This role is dynamic and goal-oriented, requiring the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be tasked with achieving New Business targets, which encompass both current and new clientele, necessitating a relentless drive for success. Additionally, you will oversee customer accounts to ensure the delivery of exceptional service. A vibrant personality and self-motivation are essential, along with the capability to infuse positive energy and focus within your team and colleagues. Embracing change, you will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and the team to enhance operational processes.

Key Responsibilities as a Territory Sales Account Executive:

Cultivate and safeguard existing customer accounts with an annual expenditure ranging from £1,500 to £20,000 Attract new clients within your designated regional territory Formulate a strategic approach to Protect, Grow, and Acquire business in a specified area Provide accurate forecasts and meet New Business and Retention objectives Represent phs to new clients at the appropriate organizational level Prioritize the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of sales activities over mere quantity Utilize the CRM system to effectively document, manage, and nurture opportunities

Required Qualifications:

A valid UK driving license Willingness to undergo a security check High energy and pace Ability to thrive in a high-pressure sales environment Resilience and tenacity in pursuing new business High standards of professionalism and personal integrity Decisive and resilient character Capability to challenge constructively and effectively
