Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Sales Account Executive to enhance our operations at CLARKSON PLC. The successful candidate will possess a proven history in sales, preferably within the safety supplies or energy sectors, and will have a solid understanding of safety equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts effectively, serving as the primary contact for all client interactions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage in business development initiatives related to the Safety Supply division as necessary.
- Market our offerings to clients while identifying potential product enhancements or new solutions by staying informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Process purchase orders, maintain the stock management system, and keep administrative records current.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry conferences.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support business objectives.
