Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Consultant to join our team at Johnson Controls, Inc. As a Commercial Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving new and extra works business from existing and new small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) customers within a set geographical territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of circa 500 SME accounts within a territory, responding to incoming enquiries and self-generating new business opportunities from these accounts.
  • Source potential new customers through self-generated business and referrals in a specific geographic area.
  • Self-generate sales leads through networking, referrals, and warm/cold calling to execute the channel customer contact strategy.
  • Work closely with new business colleagues to ensure a smooth handover of new customers into the business.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achievement.
  • Able to manage existing customer relationships to drive growth for ADT and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to function independently and leverage resources to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Understanding of the sales process from start to finish.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Security industry experience.
